The 6050 Complete Lyme Panel is $475.

The 5095 New Complete Co-infection Panel is $780.

If you would like to have a sample tested through our laboratory, we can send out a collection kit if we are provided a name and mailing address. Each kit includes a test requisition form, instructions, vials and packaging.

Once it is received, a referring doctor needs to sign off on the requisition form and check off which test to process. Then a sample is drawn and sent to our lab with the signed form and payment. Once we receive a sample here, it takes about 10 business days to process. When the results are completed, they are sent only to the ordering physician for interpretation.
