making liposomal vit c

This is the liposomal vitamin C recipe I've been using and it's been going well.
1.    Add ¾ cup of lecithin to 4 cups of distilled water and soak at room temperature for25 minutes. All the granules should be soft at this point. This is an important step—do not skip it.

2.    After 25 minutes have passed, use either an immersion blender or a regular blender to thoroughly mix the lechithin and the water it’s been soaking in.

3.    In the meantime, dissolve 4 tablespoons of unbuffered vitamin C crystals in 2 cups of distilled water. Stir until all the crystals disappear. This is an important step—do not skip it.

4.    Blend the lecithin and vitamin C mixtures together.

5.    Make sure the interior of the sonic cleaner is clean. If not, fill to the “max line” and run. Change water. Repeat until it’s clean. Do not use cleaners other than natural vinegar. Empty and wipe dry.

6.    Pour the blended emulsion into the sonic cleaner. Keep the lid open and use a plastic straw or other nonreactive implement for stirring (something that has not been used for anything else). I sit down in front of the sonic cleaner with a timer set for 30 minutes and stir the entire time, ensuring that as much of the liquid as possible is exposed closely to the sonic element where the encapsulation process happens.

After 30 minutes, all the foam will have disappeared and you will have a mixture that is a light beige color.

7.    Pour the mixture into a resealable glass jar and store in your refrigerator. There may be some settling of the lecithin, but it shouldn’t be much, less than 5% of the total product.
This protocol furnishes about 48grams (48,000 mg) of vitamin C product.

The solution will keep, acceptably, at room temperature for 3 to 4 days. Refrigerated, it will keep much longer. The “homogenizing effect” is so powerful that after 3 days at room temperature, no precipitation or solution separation appears evident.

Dosage: Take on an empty stomach, preferably 1 hour after eating and at least 30minutes before eating. Dosage varies—from a couple of teaspoons 2 times a day to 1-2oz shots 2-3 times a day. If you get a headache that lasts more than a day, it may be a sign that you’re detoxing. In that case, lower your intake until symptoms subside and then work your way back up. (Note, if you're on a low oxalate diet, you want no more than 2,000 mg of vitamin C per day.)

You can use the above recipe for Glutathione as well.

*For those concerned about GMO-derived vitamin C from corn, consider Cassava Root-derived vitamin C.Looking at the stats, it has almost 3 times the C content and has absolutely no use in the GMO arena so they haven’t bothered with it.

thanks Sheila!!! :)
